About
I'm a senior systems administrator and Tier 2 escalation lead at a Texas-based managed service provider, working remotely from Port Charlotte, Florida. My day job is keeping client networks, servers and endpoints healthy for organizations in healthcare, finance and government, where downtime and security mistakes carry real consequences.
I came up through the MSP world the hard way. In 1999 I started Rhode Island Computer Tech and ran it for twelve years, handling everything from help desk calls and server builds to sales and billing. In 2011 that business became FLCT (FL Computer Tech).
Today FLCT is where I build software for managed service providers: Overmind, a command center for MSP operations; Overseer, for software deployment and management; and IT Documented, for IT documentation. FLCT also designs websites for businesses of every kind, from managed WordPress sites to fully custom builds, with a specialty in MSPs and IT companies. For brands that want to make an entrance, 3DScroller, my cinematic web studio, builds 3D scroll websites where scrolling moves a camera through a scene. I've built websites since 2001, from WordPress and Elementor sites to hand-coded builds, and I use AI-assisted development and careful technical documentation to ship faster without cutting corners.
